Northeast Council selected the City of Portland for the Fall 2006 Council
Training, Matchmaker Conference, and Council Meeting. These events
were held between Oct. 16 and Oct.18, 2006. The

addition, Procurement Technical Assistance Centers from throughout the
region, Defense Contract Administration Agency, Defense Contract Audit
Agency and the Small Business Administration was present to meet and assist
businesses.
